For formats larger than 70cm x 100cm, shipping costs are calculated individually and communicated before the order is accepted.<\/p>\n

Security packaging<\/h2>\n

For your prints (up to 70cm x 100cm), individual, stable, flat packaging is produced, consisting of two hardboard panels, intermediate cardboard and outer packaging. The prints are separated with tissue paper.<\/p>\n

Flat packaging for larger formats by arrangement.<\/p>\n

Only wood, cardboard, paper tape and stretch film made from biodegradable materials are used in the most cases.<\/p>\n

For individual prints (or for larger prints that are not to be sent by a forwarding agent), we can also send them on rolls. In this case we only use rolls with a sufficient diameter to be able to roll prints reasonably (100mm – 120mm).<\/p>\n

No individual packaging is provided for sample\/proof prints; they are sent as described under “Sample\/proof print” by letter post. Exceptions are proofs\/prints that are requested larger than the postal format allows.<\/p>\n

Special sizes\/quantities Germany<\/strong>
For custom-made products or if it is not possible to keep to the above flat-rate shipping costs within Germany (e.g. for large numbers of prints), we will inform you of the shipping costs before accepting your order.<\/p>\n

Outside Germany<\/strong>
For shipping abroad, we will inform you of the shipping costs before accepting your order.<\/p>\n

Neutral shipping<\/strong>
Is possible within Germany. You act as the sender, none of our invoices or delivery bills are enclosed with the shipment. Our stickers and other notices are also omitted. Your invoices or delivery bills, which you provide to us as a PDF, can be enclosed. The same conditions apply as for shipping to Germany.<\/p>\n

Collection<\/strong>
Collection in Potsdam is possible. Please bring suitable folders or similar. Of course, we also produce packaging for collection – made of the same materials as our transport packaging. This will be charged at cost.<\/p>\n

Minimum quantity surcharge<\/h2>\n

We do not have a minimum order value. However, we do produce elaborate individual packaging for each of your orders. For orders below 35.00 euros* value of goods (value of goods incl. VAT without the shipping costs) we charge a surcharge of 15.00 euros*. The minimum quantity surcharge does not apply to sample\/proof prints.<\/p>\n

Delivery times<\/h2>\n

Attention<\/span><\/h2>\n

Always agree the size of projects in good time. Not all papers are always in stock. Awagami papers in particular sometimes have long delivery times.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your FineArt prints are usually dispatched within 5 working days. Within Germany, the delivery time by DPD or DHL is approx. 2-3 days, by freight forwarder 3-5 days.<\/p>\n

For special orders or a larger number of prints, we will inform you of the delivery time before executing or accepting the order.<\/p>\n

Express production<\/strong> (if material is in stock) is possible (1-2 working days until dispatch), but will be charged with a surcharge of 15.00 Euro* per order. Shorter times are not possible – as prints also have to dry.<\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/h3>\n

The payment methods prepayment and invoice are available.<\/p>\n

From a value of goods of 125Euro (value of goods incl. VAT without shipping costs) an advance invoice will be issued. Payment is made by bank transfer for both advance payment and invoice. Cash payment is not possible.<\/p>\n

Deutschland<\/strong>
Innerhalb von Deutschland liegen die Versandkosten f\u00fcr FineArt Drucke bis zum Format von:<\/p>

20cm x 30cm bei 9,00Euro*
60cm x 90cm bei 14,00 Euro*
ab 60cm x 90cm bis 70cm x 100cm bei 21,00 Euro*<\/p>

Bei Formaten gr\u00f6\u00dfer 70cm x 100cm werden Versandkosten individuell ermittelt und vor Auftragsanahme kommuniziert.<\/p>

F\u00fcr Ihre Drucke (bis 70cm x 100cm) werden individuelle stabile, flache Verpackungen angefertigt, die aus zwei Hartfaserplatten bestehen sowie Zwischenlegekarton und einer Umverpackung. Die Drucke werden mit Seidenpapier getrennt.<\/p>

Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Formaten flache Verpackungen nach Absprache.<\/p>

Zur Verwendung kommen ausschlie\u00dflich Holz, Pappe, Papierklebeb\u00e4nder und Stretchfolie aus biologisch abbaubaren Materialien.<\/p>

F\u00fcr einzelne Drucke (oder auch bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Drucken, die nicht per Spedition gesendet werden sollen) kann ein Versand auch per Rolle stattfinden. Hierbei verwenden wir nur Rollen die ausreichende Durchmesser haben um Drucke vern\u00fcftig rollen zu k\u00f6nnen (100mm - 120mm).<\/p>

F\u00fcr Probe\/Proof-Drucke wird keine individuelle Verpackung angefertigt, der Versand erfolgt wie beschrieben unter \"Probe\/Proof-Druck\" f\u00fcr 3,00 Euro* per Briefpost. Ausnahme sind Proof\/Drucke die gr\u00f6\u00dfer gew\u00fcnscht werden als das Postformat zul\u00e4\u00dft.<\/p>

Sondergr\u00f6\u00dfen\/Mengen Deutschland<\/strong>
Bei Sonderanfertigungen oder bei evtl. Unm\u00f6glichkeit die obigen Versandkostenpauschalen innerhalb Deutschlands einhalten zu k\u00f6nnen (z.B. bei gro\u00dfer Anzahl von Drucken) nennen wir Ihnen vor Auftragsanahme den Versandkostenpreis.<\/p>

Au\u00dferhalb Deutschland<\/strong>
F\u00fcr den Versand ins Ausland nennen wir Ihnen vor Auftragsanahme den Versandkostenpreis.<\/p>

Abholung<\/strong>
Eine Abholung in Potsdam ist m\u00f6glich. Daf\u00fcr sind bitte geeignete Mappen o.\u00e4. mitzubringen. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich fertigen wir auch f\u00fcr die Abholung Verpackungen an - die aus den gleichen Materialien bestehen wie unsere Transportverpackungen. Diese werden nach Aufwand berechnet.<\/p>

Mindermengenzuschlag<\/h2>

Wir haben keinen Mindestbestellwert. Allerdings fertigen f\u00fcr jeden Ihrer Auftr\u00e4ge eine aufw\u00e4ndige individuelle Verpackung an, bei Bestellungen unterhalb von 35,00 Euro* Warenwert (Warenwert inkl. gesetzl. MwSt ohne den Versandkostenanteil) berechnen wir einen Zuschlag von 15,00 Euro*. Der Mindermengenzuschlag gilt nicht f\u00fcr Probe\/Proof-Drucke.<\/p>

Lieferzeiten<\/h2>

Achtung<\/span><\/h2>

Gr\u00f6\u00dfe Projekte immer rechtzeitig absprechen. Nicht alle Papiere sind st\u00e4ndig vorr\u00e4tig. Insbesondere Papiere von Awagami haben zum Teil lange Lieferzeiten.<\/span><\/p>

Ihre FineArt Drucke werden, in der Regel, innerhalb von 5 Werktagen<\/span><\/strong> in den Versand gegegeben. Innerhalb von Deutschland betr\u00e4gt dann die Lieferzeit per DPD oder DHL ca. 2-3 Tage<\/strong><\/span>, per Spedition 3-5 Tage.<\/p>

Bei Sonderarbeiten oder eine gr\u00f6\u00dferen Anzahl von Drucken nennen wir Ihnen vor Auftragsausf\u00fchrung bzw. Annahme die Lieferzeit.<\/p>

Expressanfertigungen (sofern Material vorr\u00e4tig) sind m\u00f6glich (1-2 Werktage bis zum Versand), werden aber mit 15,00 Euro* Aufschlag, per Auftrag, berechnet. K\u00fcrzere Zeiten sind nicht m\u00f6glich - da Drucke auch trocknen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>

Bezahlarten<\/h3>

Es stehen die Bezahlarten Vorkasse und Rechnung zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>

Ab einem Warenwert von 125Euro (Warenwert inkl. gesetzl. MwSt ohne den Versandkostenanteil) wird eine Vorabrechnung erstellt. Eine Bezahlung erfolgt sowohl bei Vorkasse als auch bei Rechnung per Bank\u00fcberweisung. Barzahlung ist nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>
